Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognized training course that teaches people how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health or substance use challenges, and provide help on a first-aid basis. There are different types of MHFA available online for supporting different populations. iMindify offers MHFA for adults supporting other adults (Standard) and MHFA for adults supporting youth.

The Working Mind is an evidence-based mental health training program specifically designed for the workplace. Developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, its primary goal is to change the way employees and managers think, feel, and act about mental health, reducing stigma and promoting a healthy, supportive work environment. TWM is a highly customizable, online training to meet an organization's specific needs. It offers separate training streams: one tailored for managers and another for employees. Additionally, TWM can be customized to be industry-specific for private groups, ensuring the content is relevant to the unique challenges of a particular sector.

The Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) is an online program created by Opening Minds (a social enterprise of the Mental Health Commission of Canada or MHCC). PHS centers on a systematic framework for assessing, modifying, and revamping policies to proactively address and mitigate legal, human rights, and less-obvious psychological compliance risks. It is a unique and proactive systems approach to creating mentally healthy workplaces. PHS is specifically designed to help organizations implement the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (CSA Z1003).

Mental Health First Aid equips you to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges. Learn practical skills to support those in crisis and connect them to professional help.
This course comes in 2 streams: Essentials (1 day) & Full Certificate (2 day).
Mental Health First Aid: Youth
MHFA: Adults Supporting Youth teaches you how to recognize the signs of mental health challenges, and offer support in a decline or crisis. It is Ideal for youth workers, coaches, parents, and teachers.
Counts as 10-hours of continuing education hours.

TWM focuses on a proactive approach to manage and address stress and mental health challenges in the workplace. It provides practical tools for assessing wellness for prevention and early intervention.

Psychological Health & Safety
This course covers integrating workplace Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) using the Opening Minds framework by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. You'll learn to apply it, measure PHS levels, and use assessments to improve workplace systems per Canadian national standards.
