Leadership Essential Kit: 16-30 people - (Dual Certification)

Managers will receive a total 17 hours of continuing education credit. This solution accommodates teams of 16-30 individuals, leading to two valuable certifications:

• MHFA Standard Certification: Leaders and managers will sharpen their ability to identify mental health distress, offer immediate support, and guide individuals to vital resources, simultaneously developing soft skills (9-hours of training).

• The Working Mind: Managers & Leaders Certification: Managers will learn practical strategies and utilize key tools to build a supportive work environment, address mental health issues effectively, and lead with empathy (7-hours of training).
