Credentialed Responders Kit: 16-30 people

This comprehensive training offers both a proactive and reactive approach to mental wellness, equipping leadership personnel and managers to effectively support employee wellbeing for enhanced performance.

Managers will receive a total 22 hours of continuing education credit. This solution accommodates teams of 16-30 individuals, leading to two valuable certifications:

• MHFA: Standard (2-day): Leaders and managers will sharpen their ability to identify mental health distress, offer immediate support, and guide individuals to vital resources, simultaneously developing soft skills (15-hours of training).

• The Working Mind: Managers & Leaders Certification: Managers will learn practical strategies and utilize key tools to build a supportive work environment, address mental health issues effectively, and lead with empathy (7-hours of training).
